Dr. C.E. Ballard has over thirty five years of experience as a licensed physician. Throughout his career, he has predominantly worked as an emergency room physician for Baptist Medical Center. In addition to being an investigator on numerous clinical trials, Dr. Ballard has served in the capacity of chairman of two separate institutional review boards.

Dr. Kaczenski serves as the medical director of K & S Professional Research Services. He has successfully conducted over 70 clinical research trials in the field of psychiatry.
